This work assumes a baseline level of stability and self-awareness.

  • value discretion and restraint

  • do not want to be witnessed while recalibrating

This work is not for crisis moments.

Q: Will I need to use AI like ChatGPT?
A: Not as homework or tech training. Sometimes we’ll use it together in sessions to help you put words to what you’re feeling, clarify decisions, or draft communication. It’s optional, supportive, and always guided by you.

Q: Do I need to be good with technology to do this?
Absolutely not. The work is human-led. Tools like ChatGPT may be used gently as support, but not as a requirement. You don’t need any tech skills — I’ll guide you through anything we use together.
